Olmen came to us as a stray back in September 2025, making him one of our longest-residing residents and one of our most charming. Despite being a senior in age, he certainly doesn’t act like one! He’s full of energy, loves to play, and will happily show off his skills: he knows sit, lay down, and can even shake with both paws.This sweet guy is food and treat motivated, loves his bones and squeaky toys, and adores chin scratches (it`s a No on belly rubs) He sleeps through the night, loves curling up in his cozy kennel, and appreciates a calm, gentle environment. He gets along well with other dogs, but his sensitive nature means he can be startled easily. He needs slow introductions and a patient hand and consistency. Olmen is playful, affectionate, and wise beyond his years. He may have a few gray hairs, but his heart is forever young, and his loyalty is unmatched. He’s ready for a home that will give him the love, security, and fun he’s been waiting for.
