She loves pets of all forms, from cuddles to belly rubs, which she solicits with her signature charming grin. Anyone who walks her should expect to pay the `tax` in the form of ample pets - then she is ready to keep walking. She is also happy to show off her `sit` for cookies - she is eager to please.Overall, Celia has a mild-mannered disposition. She has a quiet, gentle personality and seems like she would fit well into a lower-key environment. She can be a little unsure of brand new places and noises, but once she feels comfortable, her super sweet side shines. With other dogs, Celia was also playful, showing a gentler play style.Celia tested positive for heartworm disease when she arrived at the kennel. Fortunately, this is treatable and we cover the cost thanks to Friends of City Dogs Cleveland!
