Mindy is very special needs. She is fearful of new people and does not like other dogs. However, she loves whoever takes care of her and probably likes women more than men. If someone has a fenced yard and not a lot of foot traffic into the home, Mindy is very good. She is just not trusting of new people. She loves her caretaker and is very obedient to caretaker.
