“She’s so wonderful, something about her just makes you so happy when you’re around her”
Winnie is doing fantastic in her foster home, gets along great with other dogs, and loves her people deeply - she is also a grade a snuggler A++.
Her story : She was left behind by someone & trying to survive dropped at a Houston park, she was following people around, begging for food, and help and she was sadly ignored — until some very good Samaritans stepped in to help her
