Clifton Trace (CT) is neutered and READY TO GO HOME!!At first, CT came off as calm and reserved-polite in doggie playgroup; friendly but low-key. We thought he might not have been feeling his best that day. But then came bath time and let us tell you: this dog could moonlight at a day spa. He stood perfectly still, no leash holding needed, just soaking up the suds like a seasoned pro. No fuss, no stress-just pure Zen. If bath-taking were an Olympic sport, CT would take gold.Now, CT does have a bit of a dramatic streak. In his next playgroup, he had a moment with another dog that didn't go so well. We think the loud kennel environment is getting to him-he's shown he can play well with female dogs in calmer settings, so we're calling him "dog selective" for now.Mostly, CT just needs a home that lets him unwind, be himself, and enjoy a little peace (and maybe regular spa days). Sweet, soulful, and occasionally spicy-he's a one-of-a-kind companion. Volunteers describe him as "very sweet" and say he "just wants your love." He adores belly rubs, cuddles, and quiet moments with his people. He is easy to collar and calm as he walks by barking dogs, making him an excellent walking buddy with wonderful leash manners.
