The other dog was clean, fed, loved, and Joey was tied outside with no food, water, or shade. How he is the sweetest, friendliest dog after that, I can't guess, but he is genuinely heartbreakingly sweet. He needed groceries and love, he was sooo skinny, but he is happy and healthy now! This is a cool dog.
