Meet echo

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Echo is a super lovable, happy and sweet, young shepherd mix who needs a new home through no fault of her own.  Her current family’s living situation has changed, and they cannot provide Echo the attention, exercise and training that a young shepherd loves and needs. Three years ago, she was saved from a family who wanted to put her down.  Since then, she has been living with 2 other dogs, a 6 year old chihuahua and a 6 year old shepherd, and a few cats.  She seems fearful of new dogs but is not aggressive.  She is comfortably living with cats but, outside the home, will chase strays. Echo is smart and already knows the basic commands SIT, LAY DOWN, STAY (for food), and SHAKE.  She loves any toy that squeaks, rubber balls, and tennis balls and she is great around family kids. She is leash-trained but can walk off leash because she has great recall, is crate trained and loves car rides. Echo will thrive in a home where she is your one-and-only so that she gets a lot of attention, exercise, training and enrichment.   She is up for any adventure and ready to be a devoted and adoring companion to an active family or person.
