King is the sweetest little boy in the world. It breaks my heart to have to rehome him because it is not his fault one bit. King belonged to my mom (and me but she bore the financial responsibilities) who passed away last summer. I have since taken him in and cannot afford his necessary expenses like grooming, shots and insurance.

As an elderly dog, King needs a little more care than I can offer him. He get quite anxious at the groomer and typically needs sedation for the service or just an experienced groomer who has the time and patience for him. I’ve tried at him grooming but I’m more afraid we will hurt each other and make things worse. I am also working 2 jobs trying to make ends meet for us causing him to be home all day by himself most days which I don’t want for him. I don’t want to surrender him. I would rather find someone who would like to look after him for the last few years of his life because he still has so much energy, life and love to give! He really is a sweet boy.
