Meet rosie
My husband and I purchased Rosie from Rescue Inc (Great Dog Rescue, New England) on Nov. 17, 2020. She is age 6 Rosie is very intelligent but being half chihuahua, she has a loud bark. Barks mostly at passing cars/trucks, especially while walking. I live in a 55 and over community so there is constant traffic and people walking by.
She is a Rescue from Tennessee and has had a difficult traumatic past, with injuries to her face.
She is very protective especially with me ever since my husband died 3 years ago. I am hoping she can have more training with her new owner;. She loves meeting new people but gets overly excited; I have very few rugs in my home due to her habit of piddling a bit from her excitement especially with new people. although she is house and puppy pad trained. I use puppy pads in my enclosed porch but usually she will wait til I get home to pee or poop. She has a large crate in my living room and that is where she sleeps through the night or when I’m out.
