Birdie is spayed and fully healthy! She is up to date on vaccines. She is also microchipped! Birdie is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster!

💧: Reliably potty trained and lets you know when they need to go outside.
🏠 : Prefers to be free-roam to a doggy-proofed area as opposed to a crate.
🚶: Birdie tends to get spooked by loud city noises. Will benefit from a calm neighborhood or a private backyard.
🐶: Prefers to Be the Only Dog: Happiest as the center of attention and does best without other dogs in the home.
😺: Not Cat Friendly: Does not do well with cats and should live in a cat-free home.
🧒: Adults-Only Home Preferred: Feels most comfortable in a home without children.

Birdie is an extremely loyal dog who shows a ton of affection in her own goofy, loving way. She is smart, curious, and has the potential to for a very strong and lasting bond. She is super smart and loves learning new tricks, as she is very food motivated. Her favorite trick is to stand between your legs (with the cue "between"). She is very respectful of personal space (no licking!) but once she feels safe she will sit in your lap for pets even though she doesn't fit at all. She can be a little slow to warm up, but is so affectionate once she's comfortable. She loves her people and is getting a little cuddlier all the time! She loves playing catch or just chewing on a toy while you hold it. Her happy wiggling when you get home is the cutest!

🧬: This pet has not been DNA tested, we are unsure of their actual breed makeup, but these are the breeds we think they look like!

💰: Birdie’s adoption fee is $300, and she is ready to join her forever family!
