Crate trained: She has been doing well with free roam and in her crate when home alone.

Dog social: Horchata has enjoyed playtime with similarly-sized dogs but will try to chase very small dogs.

Kid friendly: Horchata would thrive in an adult-only home. While she’s been friendly with children during short visits, she startles easily when woken suddenly so a child-free home might be best.

Horchata likes:
- Snuggles and giving gentle kisses
- Helping you improve your reflexes by reminding you to throw that ball a little faster!
- Just being with you, and in a loving comfy home

Horchata is a loving senior lady who is just as sweet and refreshing as her namesake treat! She still has plenty of pep in her step, and is very friendly to everyone she meets (especially if they have treats!). She’s fully trained, self entertains and is fine to be left alone! She likes to be next to you on the couch/bed and will bring a toy to you to play with. She’s not bossy in the home (unless she needs to go out) and is a great work from home buddy. She is just a delight!
