Meet Handpie, a handsome and loving boy who is ready to be your new best friend! This smart, playful pup has done wonderfully in foster care and is just waiting for his forever home.
Handpie is a social star! He is great with new people and good with kids, and he even has the potential to enjoy a canine sibling. While he's got a lot of energy and loves to play, he’s also a bright boy who already knows sit, wait, paw, and down!
A Well-Behaved Companion
Handpie is a fantastic houseguest. He is housebroken and completely crate trained, making overnight stays and travel easy. Out on walks, he's a pleasure to have by your side as a loose-leash walker.
While Handpie loves to lick and play, be aware he is also a chewer, so he'll need a steady supply of appropriate toys to keep him happy!
In his foster home, he quickly settled in, even getting along great with the resident older dog after a slow and proper introduction.
