Roscoe and his brother, Finn, were rescued by a kind neighbor who found them living under a porch and brought them to safety when they were babies. Finn has found his forever home, but Roscoe is still waiting... but we can`t understand why! He is a happy, silly, playful boy at his foster home. He LOVES his canine pals and would do best in a forever home with a buddy to bond with and learn from. He`s even living with cats without issue. Roscoe is shy at first and nervous in new situations, but if you give him a minute to realize he is safe, his true personality comes out. He`s house trained, will come when called, and is food motivated. With a little patience, this gorgeous boy will flourish and become the loyal companion he was meant to be.
