Meet Winnie, a spirited 2-to-3-year-old Dachshund mix who is ready to bring a mountain of personality into her forever home.
Winnie is truly a "mountain goat" in a small package. She is incredibly energetic and agile. When she isn’t keeping the small wildlife out of the backyard or patrolling the neighborhood, she is a dreaming of how to get the baked goods off the counter. At night, she burrows deep under the covers to find the warmest spot in your bed.
While Winnie is a sweet soul, she is looking for a home where she can be the only dog. She can be reactive with other dogs while playing with toys or if she finds food on the floor. Due to this behavior, she requires a home without young children. Winnie is perfectly fine sharing her space with feline friends.
Winnie’s Ideal Home:
🐾Prefered to be the only dog (cats are ok)
🐾Adult home: A quiet home without young children
🐾Active Lifestyle: Someone who loves long walks and high-energy play. Winnie loves food puzzles and dispensing toys.
Winnie is a great dog, she just has a couple special needs to thrive in her future home.
