This adorable girl is Ellie Mae!
Ellie Mae is an approximately 3-year-old female Dachshund/Rat Terrier who weighs around 7-8 lbs. She was rescued from a small shelter in Oklahoma.
Ellie Mae is a friendly and playful adult dog, who is affectionate, loyal and will be a heartbeat at your feet. She loves to play and run around and would enjoy a home with a yard. Ellie Mae is happy to just be sitting in your lap!
Ellie Mae is not a fan of cats and has not been around children, so she would be best in a home with children 8+. She also makes a game of trying to grab your feet when you walk. She is a wonderful little dog and a great companion.
She would love to snuggle up with you on the couch and keep you warm with her furry body. If you are looking for a loyal companion, Ellie Mae might be the perfect fit!
She needs another playful dog in the home. A secure stockade fence and a home check is REQUIRED!
Ellie Mae is crate-trained and house-trained to a doggy door. She will need assistance with leash training. We recommend a harness.
Ellie Mae is spayed, current on vaccinations, HW negative, current on heartworm preventative and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.
