Meet izzy
If you are looking for a small, friendly, playful dog for you and your resident small dog, then Izzy could be the one! She is a 3 year old, 16 lb Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix, but breed mix is just our best guess. This little girl had a rough start in life, and she was shy at first, but she has come a long way in her foster home. She now loves to sit in foster mom's lap, and she is allowed to sleep with them too. Izzy loves playing and just hanging out with with the other small dogs in her foster home, so she will be her happiest in a home with another small companion dog. She loves to play with toys and will collect them and play with them all day. Izzy came to us with a serious eye injury, so her eye had to be removed. This has not had any negative effect on her, and she actually feels a lot better. She has some allergies, so she may need allergy meds or shots from time to time.
