Meet Handsome Dan Dan’s adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous donor!  Spunky. Sweet. Adorable. Full of love. And still waiting for his family. Handsome Dan is an almost 2-year-old cuddle-loving boy who has spent 1.5 years in rescue—far too long for a dog with so much love to give. Despite the wait, Dan hasn’t lost his joyful spirit or his belief that his people are out there. Dan is crate trained, potty trained, and absolutely loves meeting new people and pups. He’s the first to greet visitors at his foster home and wants to say hello to everyone he meets on walks. He’s learning polite leash manners (making friends is just so exciting!), and he continues to improve every day. Dan adores other dogs and plays with his whole heart. Because of his happy, high-energy play style, he’d do best with:  • a dog who can match his energy, or  • a home where he can be your one-and-only He’s also done wonderfully with his foster’s young puppies and, when playtime is over, turns into the ultimate snuggle bug—lounging, cuddling, and soaking up affection.
