Meet snickers (honeybun)
Calling all bulldog lovers….Meet Snickers! This sweet and outgoing 2.5-year-old spayed female American Bulldog is a rescue looking for her forever home. Her previous life wasn’t the happiest, but she’s learning that life can be happy, loving and fun. She’s currently in a loving foster home with two other dogs and is doing fantastic!
She’s a lovable companion who does great with dogs in more familiar settings. While she can be a bit reactive with other dogs in public, she just needs a slower introduction and time to adjust. Snickers is potty trained, enjoys car rides, and knows several commands, including sit, down, and shake! She’s also attended two group obedience training classes and did great, making her a quick learner.
She does have some stranger danger, so she'll need a patient, understanding owner to help her feel comfortable with new people. Although she’s not a fan of cats, she absolutely LOVES toys and will keep herself entertained. Snickers is still working on leash manners, especially with pulling, but she’s making great progress.
Snickers is doing well with crate training and would do great in a crate for short periods of time. If you're looking for a fun, loyal companion who’s ready to keep learning and grow with you, Snickers just might be the perfect fit!
