Meet poppy
Poppy is a gentle and affectionate 3 hear old. Although a little shy at first, she is a very friendly dog who enjoys being around people and is very well-behaved. Poppy loves to spend her days lounging on the couch and receiving belly rubs, but she also likes to play and have fun. She would make a great addition to a family and would be a wonderful companion. Poppy gets along well with other dogs. Her shelter foster said she loved her kids but we were not told what age the kids are.
Poppy weighed 64 pounds at her vet visit a month ago and needed to gain a few pounds. She is heartworm negative, current on vaccines and spayed. Poppy is a lovely dog and anyone would be lucky to have her in their lives. If you are interested in adopting Poppy, please email us with any questions and complete an application! ADOPTION DETAILS: Each dog is spayed, neutered, (unless medically on hold or too young) up to date on shots, dewormed, and microchipped. At this time, due to the size of our rescue, adoptions are limited to NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA and +/-6 hours from Raleigh, NC. ADOPTION FEE: Our total adoption fee is $400, including a non-refundable $25 application fee. Fee can be paid using the "DONATE" button on our website (www.RottweilerHeartsRescue.org) - please indicate in the notes that it is for an application fee, and the intended dog.
