Meet tessa
Tessa came to our shelter with very badly injured back legs. She had difficulty getting around, but has now been on a pain management routine that has improved her happiness and mobility greatly! She would thrive in a home with few stairs, if any, but is able to walk, jog, and explore all on her own! Tessa is a wonderful companion! She is an energetic dog who loves people, is always excited for a long walk, and soaks up being pet by her owner and others. She doesn't mind being in her crate when you're out, and will be very happy to see you when you return! Tessa loves frequent walks, and is always interested in a long nap after! She is a peaceful sleeper, and sleeps through the night. Don't worry about her going to the bathroom in the house, as long as she is being walked a couple times a day, she will be all good!
