Meet coco
Coco is a shy girl who is looking to gain confidence in the world around her after a "ruff" start in life. She was adopted from a shelter elsewhere as a reported mill/breeder release. She's the most gentle peanut who loves nothing more than to sit on the oversized bean bag or couch and receive little pets. Coco requires patience from her adoptive family as she learns to acclimate to a new situation--this may include needing to bed fed in her safe spot initially or walked on leash to the yard to take care of business. She'll need older kids or school-aged kiddos who fall on the less excitable side of the scale.
Coco tolerates her cares well and seems to enjoy her brief walks in the neighborhood. She's just a bit fluffy so is on a late summer diet plan with encouragment from her amazing foster family. We don't yet know much about how she feels about other dogs (indifferent at the vet) and doesn't seem interested in the resident cats in her foster home.
