Meet rio
Rio came to us as an owner surrender when his family was losing their home to eviction. He was one of a number of dogs in the home that needed new homes, and we were able to take 3 of them.
Rio is a friendly boy who is somewhat timid when he first meets new people or encounters new situations. He warms up quickly! There's no aggression - he's just a little scared at first.\
He loves other dogs and we would like to see him in a home with at least one other dog. He was best friends with a dog in his former home, and seems to love having a canine companion or two.
He would be happy to live with children 10 years old or older.
Rio is a wonderful boy who will make a great family member!
