DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Jason is 4yo, weighs 80lbs, is neutered, is microchipped, but is not up to date on his vaccinations.  He knows the following commands:  sit, stay, down, and paw.  Jason is excellent during car rides; he's kept inside during the day and in the bed at night.  He dislikes wet paws and the rain. Jason's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him:  "I am unable to give him the lifestyle he deserves." Jason's guardian states the following regarding children:  Although Jason hasn't lived with children, his guardian recommends his living with children, stating "He is extremely friendly and sweet with children.  He doesn't know his size so he likes to jump". Jason's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Jason lives with a dog, so his guardian recommends his living with dogs, stating "He gets excited and wants to play with other dogs.  He loves meeting friends at the dog park". Jason's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Jason hasn't lived with cats, so his guardian doesn't recommend his living with cats, stating "When around outdoor cats he wants to chase them". Jason's guardian describes him as: Very active Playful Friendly Likes to be touched Affectionate Independent Indoor dog House-Trained Crate-Trained Likes men Likes women Digger Jason's guardian describes his ideal future home:  "I would love for him to go to a family who can give him the lifestyle I haven't been able to.  Jason would benefit from a fenced-in yard and would also need an active family to help him get out his energy.
