My foster says I'm "sweet as honey"! I am always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and a lick on the hand. I'm smart too, you know? I can fetch, sit, and stay. I love playtime, it's my favorite part of the day. I'm a loyal friend, always there to lend a paw or a cuddle when you're feeling blue. I adore humans, but would do best with adults and teens.  I will lie next to you while you work. I am housebroken and also I do very well in my crate.  I love to hang outside and would do best in a SFH with a fenced in yard.  I promise to be the gentlest, most loving companion. Adopt me, and let's make a lifetime of memories together.Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.           Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee.
