Meet MooMoo! This sweet 2 year old boy came to us as an owner surrender when he was not a good fit for the home. He is a high energy boy who has tons of energy that he is still trying to learn to balance out -- being that he is so young, he still has tons of that puppy energy in him! MooMoo's name was inspired by... you guessed it... a cow based off of his fur colorings. MooMoo does have separation anxiety, so he would be a 3-week foster-to-adopt to help with this and will need some management in the home. He could do well in a home with children ages 6 and up and could potentially live with another dog pending a successful meet & greet. MooMoo used to be a part of our PAWS program at SCI Fayette Correctional Institute where he was being trained by selective inmates and guards and lived with his best friends!

MooMoo is also a part of our Foster-To-Adopt program, which means for 3 weeks our trainers here at Animal Friends will work with you and MooMoo on his behavior and positive reinforcement training to facilitate a gentle transition into their new home. He is the perfect example of our mission: to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals.

MooMoo is one of our extra loved residents. Although all of our resident animals get plenty of love, many of them come from backgrounds where they may need a little extra care, extra attention and extra patience.
