Meet sweet pea
Sweet Pea is the kind of dog who doesn’t rush into the world—she takes her time getting to know new people, reading the room, and building trust at her own gentle pace. Once she feels safe, her true nature shines through: soft, affectionate, and deeply loving.
🐾 5 years old, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped
🐕 Has done well with some other dog
🐱 Prefers a cat-free home
🧑 Best suited for an adult-only household
🌿 Loves outdoor adventures and fresh air
💕 Takes her time warming up, but bonds deeply
🛋️ Calm, snuggly, comforting presence at the end of the day
🎶 Favorite song is “My Girl”
Sweet Pea isn’t just looking for a home—she’s looking for someone who understands that the best relationships are the ones that grow gently, steadily, and with a whole lot of love.
Come meet them today! We are open 7 days a week between 11am-7pm, no appointment required. If you have questions, please call/text our adoptions team at 385-405-5145.
