DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Tyson is 2yo, weighs 65lbs, is netuered, is up to date on his vaccines, and is microchipped.  Tyson's guardian adds:  "He can be a little stubborn but has been to training.  He eats on command, sits, stays, and will sometimes lay down.  He loves the car.  He's not a fan of shadows in the dark." Tyson's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him:  "We don't have the time or energy to give him the attention and affection he deserves.  We've also spent almost $30,000 on him and can't afford any additional unforeseen accidents." Tyson's guardian offers a brief a medical history:  "He was hit  (we believe) at 6 months old which required surgery on his elbow (7/1/22) and wrist (5/8/23).  He's currently overcoming an abscess in his mouth." Tyson's guardian states the following regarding children:  Tyson lives with children (ages 4, 9, and 13), so her guardian recommends her living with children, stating "always super friendly and lovable".  Tyson's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Tyson doesn't live with dogs, but his guardian recommends her living with dogs, stating "I dogsit other dogs occasionally and Tyson is always super playful and friendly". Tyson's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Tyson doesn't live with or hasn't otherwise been around cats, but her guardian recommends her living with cats, stating "he's never been around cats but I can't see him acting any differently". Tyson's guardian describes him as: Very active Playful Friendly Likes to be touched Affectionate Indoor dog House-Trained Crate-Trained Likes men Likes women Tyson's guardian describes his ideal future home:  "A family with at least one child who have a fenced yard that loves to cuddle and play.  If you also have another pet so he'd have a friend that would be a bonus."
