Meet gaia
Meet Gaia!Gaia is a sweet, sensitive 2-year-old terrier mix who weighs around 48 pounds and is ready to find a forever family who will give her the time and patience she deserves. This lovely girl may take a little while to warm up, but once she gets to know you, her true personality begins to shine!Gaia loves playing with her favorite toys and spending quality time with the people she trusts. She’s looking for a quieter home where she can feel comfortable and secure while continuing to build her confidence. If there are children in her forever home, Gaia would do best with kids ages 13 and older who understand how to respect her boundaries and give her space when she needs it.When it comes to meeting other dogs, Gaia can be a little too forward and may feel uncomfortable during greetings. Because of this, she would likely be happiest as the only dog in her forever home, where she can have all the love and attention to herself. Gaia also does not show potential to live with cats.Gaia may need a little extra time to let her guard down, but for the person willing to be patient and let her come out of her shell at her own pace, she has the potential to be a wonderful and loving companion. If you’re looking for a sweet girl who will appreciate a calm, understanding home and plenty of time with her favorite people, Gaia may be the perfect match! Stop in today at The Humane Society of Summit County to meet her!
