Meet Coco Bean, she is a 10 yr old sassy chihuahua who is looking for a quiet home to retire in. She loves attention, walks, and snuggles but does need a little time to adjust to new people. Luckily little means hours and not days (usually). She was adopted 5 years ago by an amazing couple that accepted her and her sassiness. They quickly fell in love. Their family has grown since then, and with a baby and a toddler, Coco is not happy and needs a quieter home with no children. She's housetrained. Even though she has lived with dogs in the past, she would be happiest as an only dog but can coexist with a passive small dog or cat. She recently had a dental and bloodwork/checkup with no health concerns.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Coco.

Our adoption fee is $100. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
