Meet phoebe
Phoebe is a definite Rat Terrier mix around 3-4 years of age. She was found running at large with little Rachel in Taney Co. Missouri. She is a little shy at first, but a super sweet girl. She does climb out of the pup pen that is 4ft tall so a secure yard for her to play in with a privacy fence would be great! She is a little alpha acting with other dogs, but does like their company. Active girl and super pretty too! She would make a great trail/walking partner and prefers women over men, but does warm up.
