Meet june
June was picked up on a country road miles from civilization, obviously dumped and abandoned. It took the Good Samaritan days to gain her trust enough to allow capture. She were then taken to the local animal shelter, and the shelter requested rescue for her because she was so frightened. She's mostly Dobie (likely mixed with Rottie), estimated at 3 years old, and she's now a happy, friendly dog, ready for a new home. She's been quite dog social so we would love to see her get a home with one or more canine friends. A little work on leash will be required, but what she needs the most is to know that she's in a loving, permanent home situation where she can feel secure.
