Meet goofy
Goofy's Story. He was abandoned by his owner in a South L.A. neighborhood when they moved. A nearby Senior citizen neighbor felt sorry for him and started leaving food out for him on the sidewalk next to a tree where Goofy hung out. Unfortunately, she lives in a section 8 residence and has been warned to stop feeding the homeless doggy's and get rid of them. She's only allowed one small dog and she already has one that Goofy gets along with great. I try to help my neighbors with their pets and she told me about Goofy. She feels sorry for him and was hoping I could help without having to surrender him to the shelter. I have my own pets and I foster cats. So I've taken Goofy to my vet for a mini check up. He appears to be in good health, about 3 yrs old, weighs 30lbs, neutered, microchipped and I've updated all his vaccinations. Goofy gets along good with small dogs, seems a lil afraid of big dogs (maybe with a proper intro), does not like cats. He's calm and not a barker.
