Meet Lucy
Lovely Lucy arrived at NCCR on 8/17/24, rescued from an overcrowded shelter that ran out of room for her. She is an approximately 13-year-old spayed female Miniature Poodle, weighing around 20 lbs. (she could stand a bit of dieting to slim down!). This sweet senior girl is hoping to find a loving family to spend her golden years with, who will give her the kindness and devotion she deserves. If you are looking for a mellow little lap dog, Lucy may be your ideal companion! Update: Lucy is looking beautiful after her bathing and grooming appointment!
Her foster mom says: Lucy is a very quiet, mellow and sweet girl and she's great with resident dogs. She sleeps well all night and she seems to be house trained!
