Hey there, potential fur-ever family! My name is Scooby, and I’m here to steal your heart—one wag at a time. I’m a laid-back, independent pup who’s all about enjoying life to the fullest. You might say I’m a bit of an adventurer! Exploring the great outdoors, playing with my favorite toys, and snacking on delicious treats are just a few of my favorite things.

Let me tell you a little about my journey. I might have started off skinny and facing some challenges, but I’m a tough little guy. With love and care, I’ve transformed into a happy, healthy dog with a shiny coat and a heart full of love. I tested positive for heartworm in the past, but with the help of my amazing rescuers, I’ve overcome that hurdle and am ready for my new life!

I’m fully potty trained and kennel trained, so I promise to be a well-mannered companion. I also know some basic commands, which means I’m a bit of a smart cookie! When we go for walks, I’m on my best behavior, eagerly soaking up all the sights and smells around us. I love meeting new people, and I get along with other dogs—there’s nothing like making new friends! However, I must admit, I’m not the biggest fan of cats; they just don’t match with me.

Now, I’m on the lookout for a loving home where I can continue my adventures and share my loving nature with my new family. I am only available for local adoption until my re-test is cleared!

Scooby is neutered, update to date on vaccines, and microchipped. He is currently on heartworm and flea preventative.
