Tracy R. Dog Trainer Bio

I am a dedicated animal welfare professional with 9 years of experience in behavior observation, modification, management, positive reinforcement training, and understanding animal body language while using a “Fear Free” approach during handling. I have trained service dogs for mobility assistance and to perform tasks for those with post-traumatic stress disorder as well as working with dogs of all ages and various breeds. From puppies to seniors, and from Chihuahuas to Mastiffs, I want to help educate you and set your dog up for success. In 2018 I earned, and maintained since, CPDT-KA credentials from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers along with becoming an evaluator for AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Trick Dog, AKC STAR Puppy, Virtual Home Manners, and Fetch titles. I also became a National Animal Care and Control certified Animal Control Officer II and maintained credentials since 2021. This career led me to then earn an Elite Fear Free Certified Professional title from Fear Free Pets. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experiences with more people to help increase the human-animal bond through positive reinforcement training.
