I am Stephanie, and for over 12 years, I have been a professional in the field of dog training. Holding a Master’s Degree in Animal Behavior and a CPDT-KA certification, I adhere to the LIMA principle and prioritize positive reinforcement techniques. My extensive experience includes working with shelter dogs, aiding their transition to new homes, and handling dogs of various shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I guide and train teams of enrichment facilitators across several shelters, establish enrichment protocols, and devise plans for dogs exhibiting undesirable behaviors, as well as implement these behavior plans.
