Certified Dog Trainer
Hi I’m Kelsey! I’m a mom to two small humans, two rescue dogs, and two lizards living in sunny Phoenix, AZ. I am a dog behavior and care professional, specializing in shelter dog behavior. I have been working in animal rescue for two years now and as a volunteer for many years prior. I love everything about dogs and especially love training them! I use positive, reward-based methods of training, though I also understand that no two dogs are alike and training plans are not a “one size fits all” for every family. I have a special affinity for the quirky or weird pups who sometimes need a little extra attention. As a trainer my goal is to help people better understand their dogs and learn to modify unwanted behaviors in order to create happy, sustainable families and keep dogs out of shelters! I am Fear Free Shelter certified and am currently working toward my CPTD-KA certification. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!
