Kari T. Dog Trainer Bio

As a trainer, I possess 20 years of experience in animal training. More than half of this time has been dedicated to training a variety of animals, ranging from pets learning basic household commands to service dogs for various needs. My expertise extends to training dogs for the physically disabled, hearing-impaired, and therapy dogs utilized in personal settings, hospitals, and crisis centers. Additionally, I have trained seizure-alert dogs, agility dogs, and have explored the capacity of dogs to understand written words. My proficiency in this domain has often led me to assist my colleagues. My contributions have been recognized with a feature in the American Kennel Club (AKC) Dog Magazine in 2004, and I have been repeatedly listed on the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Title Holders list. My training methods are exclusively based on positive reinforcement.
