Trainer Bio

Hello! I’m Jillian Riley, originally from Wyoming, and Wilmington, NC has been my home for the last 11 years. Training and working with animals has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My career has been fulfilling, using positive reinforcement and operant conditioning to train a variety of animals. My greatest joy comes from assisting pet parents in achieving their training objectives and enhancing their bonds. I am eager to guide you and your companion on your training journey. Training canine companions with positive reinforcement and operant conditioning has been a long-standing passion of mine. Fostering trust and respect in the human-dog relationship is something I find rewarding, and it’s wonderful to witness this growth through these effective methods. My journey in canine training and skill development began in childhood, participating in American Kennel Club and 4-H events, and even dogsledding in the winter. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and skills, aiding pet owners in North Carolina to forge strong connections with their beloved companions.
