Eve W. Dog Trainer Bio

Eve has more than 16 years experience in the dog training world and has worked with Police K9s placed in Sheriff’s Departments across the state, trained and placed service animals, developed Search and Rescue dogs, and handled multiple dogs for AKC Title events. She has experience training obedience, behavior modification, sport dogs, trick dogs, agility, all AKC Canine Good Citizen offerings, and more. She is currently volunteering with Pets for Vets to provide companion animals for our nation’s veterans and serves on the Education Committee for the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Eve is also a member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and the American Veterinary Society for Animal Behavior. After creating the curriculum for the popular Dogtopia Dog Training Program, Eve continued dog training with her company Practically Positive to focus on a judgement free environment for Pet Parents who have tried using aversive training methods and easing the transition to the scientifically proven LIMA methods of training.
