Dawn G. Dog Trainer Bio

Dawn Gilkison is the owner of Positive Solutions Dog Training, and has trained dogs for competition in agility, obedience, and conformation as well as basic skills all pet owners need. Her professional training includes B. A. and M. S. degrees in Biology, with thesis study on canid behavior, and a secondary teaching certificate. Dawn taught high school science for 15 years before deciding to “go to the dogs” and graduated from the Karen Pryor Academy as a Certified Training Partner in 2010.
