I am passionate about dog training and fostering a rewarding, lifelong relationship between dogs and their families. With over three years of experience, I am also an AKC Certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. My training philosophy involves force-free, positive reinforcement techniques to foster clear communication and nurture a healthy, confident, and well-balanced dog. I advocate for positive reinforcement/fear-free methods because animals are more likely to repeat behaviors that are rewarded. These techniques are humane and equitable, considering we do not share a common language with dogs. I focus on breaking behaviors into manageable steps to ensure success for both the client and their dog. I carefully avoid overwhelming clients with too much information at once and always prioritize their goals rather than imposing my own.
