My name is Dalton. I’ve been a professional dog trainer for approximately seven years, and I find the job immensely rewarding, especially when fostering clear communication between the owner and the dog. I particularly enjoy the balanced approach of creating a positive association with the tools in use, having the dog work towards praise eventually, but I also believe that a bit of treat training initially to establish a bond is acceptable if necessary.
