Certified Dog Trainer

Trainer Bio

I’m Bailey, and my mission is to foster tranquility and understanding between dogs and their owners. My approach combines reward-based training techniques with a deep comprehension of canine body language and behavior to cultivate positive habits, eliminate negative ones, and enhance the dog-owner relationship. As a recent SUNY Cobleskill graduate with a Bachelor’s in Canine Training and Management, I possess a keen ability to interpret dog body language, which I’m eager to share with owners to improve their bonds with their pets. My extensive experience with positive reinforcement bolsters my confidence to apply these methods to a broader range of dogs. Having worked with various dog breeds and temperaments, I’ve dedicated time to learning and engaging with many. I evaluate behavior and contribute to Behavior Checklist assessments. Dogs are eager to please and highly attuned to their environment and our interactions with them. I’ve discovered that reward-based techniques like positive reinforcement not only maintain a dog’s interest in training but also significantly fortify the connection between dog and handler.
