Trainer Bio

As a certified CPDT-KA and Family Dog Mediator (FDM), my training approach is rooted in empathy, science, and respect for the unique relationship between dogs and their people. I believe every dog is an individual, shaped by genetics, environment, and experienceand effective training begins with understanding the whole dog, not just their behavior. My goal is to create lasting change by building communication, trust, and mutual understanding. I use humane, evidence-based methods that prioritize emotional well-being and encourage cooperation, not compliance. Training should never be about controlit should be about connection. By focusing on positive reinforcement and realistic expectations, I help both dog and human feel successful, supported, and empowered. As a CPDT-KA, I bring a solid foundation in canine learning theory and practical behavior modification. As an FDM, I add a broader lens that considers how a dog’s natural instincts and life circumstances affect behavior. Whether you’re struggling with leash reactivity, anxiety, basic manners, or just want a stronger bond with your dog, I tailor every plan to fit your specific goals and your dog’s unique needs. Training is a process, not a quick fixand I’m here to walk that journey with you. My goal is to help you build a thoughtful, sustainable relationship with your dogone based on trust, communication, and joy. Together, we’ll create a partnership that works in real life, not just in the training session.
