Alexa D. Dog Trainer Bio

Alexa has a PhD in animal behavior. She has more than 35 years of experience in training dogs. She has been a service dog trainer assisting people with physical and mental disabilities. Alexa trained rescue dogs to become emotional support dogs for war veterans and others suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She believes strengthening the human-animal bond brings joy to people and their pets. She has also published in several academic journals.
