Kately M. Dog Trainer Bio

Hi, I’m Kately, a dog trainer based in Asheville, NC! I’ve always been an animal person, and working with dogs has been a lifelong passion of mine. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina and spent several years working as a veterinary technician before transitioning into training. That experience gave me a strong foundation in animal behavior and care, which I bring into every training session. My approach to training is patient, positive, and tailored to each dog’s unique personality. I live here in Asheville with my two dogs, Abbey and Rockie, and my husband, Matthew. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hiking and camping, or staying active in the gym. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and trying new restaurants with my husband and our two dogs.
