Anjelica K. Dog Trainer Bio

Hello there! I’m Anjelica! My journey into dog training began in 2019 when I started working with my first service dog, Hunter, at just six months old. That experience sparked my passion for understanding dog behavior and communication, leading me to pursue professional training. I’m certified through CATCH Canine Trainers Academy and currently working toward a BS in Animal Care and Behavior, always eager to expand my knowledge. I’ve worked in daycare, boarding, grooming, and pet retail, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and their unique needs. I specialize in positive reinforcement and Fear Free methods, ensuring training is both effective and enjoyable for dogs and their owners. Canine body language is my favorite thing to study, and I love helping people better understand what their dogs are really saying. Whether you’re working on obedience, problem-solving, or simply strengthening your bond, my goal is to set you and your dog up for success. When I’m not training, I’m working with my next service dog in training or spending time with my husband, our three pups, and our small flock of chickens. I believe every dog is capable of learning with the right approach, and I can’t wait to help you on your training journey!
