Joanna B. Dog Trainer Bio

Hi, I’m Jo, and my love of training started over 25 years ago when I adopted and taught tricks to my first dog named Spencer, a very smart German Shepherd mix. Over time I have gained experience in many different areas of training including obedience, counter conditioning and problem behaviors. I am a certified canine good citizen evaluator with the American Kennel Club, and in my free time, I enjoy training my golden retrievers for the show ring and therapy work. My favorite thing about training is empowering owners to feel confident with their dogs, furthering the bond they have with them.
