Marissa H. Dog Trainer Bio

Born and raised in the dog friendly city of Tampa, Florida, Marissa has always been a student of animal behavior, and passionate about caring for all animals. She is most passionate about strengthening the bond between pet and parent by fostering a positive environment for training and guiding parents to better understanding what their pets are trying to tell them. She enjoys all aspects of the training process and believes that honest, open communication with pet parents is crucial to any dog’s success . Marissa focuses her sessions on each dogs individual needs and works with parents to create a training plan in which the dog is given the best chances for success. She now has an American Bully puppy, named Asmodeus, with goals to make him into a personal service dog and therapy animal.
